Le Petit Guerinaud, is located in the Nouvelle Aquitaine region in the southern part of the Charente department and is a former wine farm near Courgeac. The house is in a very quiet location, surrounded by small hilly fields and furnished in a rural vintage style. A place to enjoy, relax and where you can still hear the silence! At just 4 km. distance from Montmoreau, where all facilities are located.

Beautiful rooms

On the first floor of the house, there are 2 characterful, renovated guest rooms, Pure & Original, each of 35m2, en-suite private bathroom with walk-in rain shower & hand shower, washbasin and toilet. The doorzon rooms are bright and decorated in a flea style. Both rooms have a nice view of the garden and the fields and a seating area with facilities for making coffee and tea. Both rooms have a spacious (180x200) and carefully chosen box spring bed / mattress, with topper and cotton bed linen. On request it is also possible to place 2 single beds (90x200) in your room. Of course free WiFi is available. Pets not allowed.
